About the Job
Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Department: Production.
Job Description:
- Primary function: Load and unload material from continuous pusher-style furnaces.
- Once the material is out, an evaluation of the electrical properties of the material must be conducted.
- This is a hands-on, physically active role in a high-heat, dusty production environment.
- No prior experience is required— we provide full training!
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to read time on a clock.
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
- Comfortable working in high-heat, dusty environments.
- Able to read and record furnace times correctly.
- Basic mechanical ability and an eye for material quality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective time management; follows assignments through to completion.
- Conscientious, punctual, and dependable.
- Must have reliable transportation.
